Applicants should have a rare mix of qualities to help us build our practice and raise our game. Please keep in mind that high turnover can be very disruptive to a small company. We're looking for candidates who are explicitly committed to a permanent, long-term position with us. This means a minimum of three years.
MASS is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
We will review applications as they are received and invite qualified candidates to one or more interviews.
The pdfs (above) detail the requirements for the director's and coordinator's applications. The application for each role is slightly different — please read them carefully.
Please do not send us form letters or dump your stock resumé on us without clearly communicating why you think there’s a fit. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada, and should be able to travel for up to 14 days per year.
The deadline for director applications is October 19, 2017. Interviews among notified candidates will occur on November 9, 2017. The selected candidate must be available to commence work in late November in Toronto.
